Report on savings interest paid

This window allows you to view the interest paid on your client's savings.

Note:

1. You should have calculated interest on the clients' savings under the menu Savings/savings Interest/Calculate Savings Interest.

2. Before you can access this report make sure that you have specified interest calculation method under the menu System/Configuration/Savings/Savings interest settings.

How to view the report on savings interest paid

To get here, go to Savings/savings Interest/Interest paid report and the following screen appears:

• Product: From the drop down menu, select the savings product in order to view the interest paid on the client's savings. e.g. "Compulsory savings".
• Account no: Click on the Choose button to select the client's account in order to see the interest paid on his/her savings or activate the option Check for all in order to select all the savings accounts.
• From Date:  In the drop down box, select the appropriate date when the report will start, e.g., "01/01/2010" and in the till Date drop down box select the date when it will end e.g., "31/06/2017".
• Client type: Select the client type whom you want to view the interest paid on savings e.g. "Individual".

Select any other required additional options or use the default selections. For additional information on these options you can refer to Savings Report Formats.

LPF offers you different format in which you can generate the reports e.g. .pdf, .xls, .dbf etc. If you don't have adobe application installed on your machine select another format.

In addition, you have the two options View or Print which enable you to look at the report before printing it. If the applications that allow you to see the report in the different formats mentioned above are not installed in your computer, you may send it directly to the printer and look at the hard copy.

Click on the OK button to generate the report that will look as follows:
